All of our customer deposits are insured through the REAL Deposit and Advanced Payment Insurance Scheme. This provides insurance cover for consumers who have made Deposit and Advance Payments in respect of the purchase of a small-scale renewable heat or power generation system from a REAL Assurance Scheme Member Company. .

The insurance policy covers the consumer’s Deposit and Advance Payments in the event that the REAL Assurance Scheme Member Company ceases to trade and is therefore unable to supply the Goods..
