New Build, Renovation or Upgrade Feasibility Studies
Finding the right solution for the application is essential. If a project is unusual, complex, or you are just unsure about which are the best options for your property, a feasibility study is the ideal place to start.
Not every renewable energy technology is suitable for all applications, and what we will do is do a full assesment of your property, it’s current/planned heating requirements, current/planned heating infrastructure, it’s energy efficiency, assess the suitability for specific technologies, review capital costs, running costs and carbon savings and then additionally reccommend any additional measures to take to give you the maximum benefit from your new system.
The first step we take is to have a discussion to see whether a full feasibility study and site visit is necessary, or whether reccomedations can be made from plans and other available documents, for example SAP reports. Where appropriate, we will give feedback and initial reccomendations as part of this discussion.
The report we produce can be used to make a business case for consideration, and is an essential tool in large grant applications.
As we offer a ‘complete package’ we are then able to proceed from the feasibility study to design, project manage, supply and install your system.
